We recognized a service disruption that impacted a small percentage of email scanning. The impact of the issue was some email may have not been scanned by our security tools.

The issue started on a very small scale and gained traction over the last 48 hours, due to problematic AWS Load Balancer behavior.
Our team was alerted this morning once the issue exceeded the threshold of our internal monitoring system.
Once alerted, the team quickly implemented a workaround to return email scanning to a healthy and stable state. We are now working with AWS for a permanent solution. We will closely monitor the situation.

We are now working to remediate the issue, as well as, scan any and all missed emails.
